Smokey Manhattan Cocktails
Ingredients:
2 oz Rye whiskey
1 oz Sweet vermouth
2 Dashes bitters
1 Bunch fresh rosemary
1 Orange peel strip
Directions:
On a fireproof surface (i.e. a pan or stone slate), light a sprig of rosemary on fire until smoking. Cover the smoking rosemary with a cocktail glass and leave for about 30 seconds until you see the glass start to fog up.
Pick up the glass from the smoky rosemary. Add the whiskey, vermouth and bitters to the glass with a big ice cube. Stir until combined and chilled.
Garnish with an orange peel twist and a small sprig of rosemary. Cheers!
