Hot pepper martini
Ingredients:
2 1/4 oz Good quality vodka
3/4 oz Dry vermouth
1 Dash hot pepper brine
Directions:
Add ice to the cocktail shaker.
Add the ingredients for the martini.
Shake until very cold. Shaking bruises the vodka… in a good way.
To serve, pour the booze into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a slice of chili pepper. Cheers!
